- Business Development
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and qualify high-potential leads within target industries.
- Implement strategic lead generation methods including personalized outreach, networking, and targeted digital campaigns.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships at industry events and conferences.
- Craft compelling proposals, confidently deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and data within the agency’s CRM system.
- Create a business development plan for the existing business
- Project Management
- Collaborate closely with clients to determine project scope, establish timelines, and manage budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, strategically allocating resources for on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of digital projects, including web development, SEO/SEM initiatives, content marketing, and other key marketing services.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion the agency’s quality standards to ensure outstanding project outcomes.
- Analyze project progress, proactively identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
- Deliver regular, well-structured progress reports to clients and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in business development or sales within the digital marketing or web development industry.
- A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) preferred.

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Superior negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

- Knowledge of web development fundamentals, SEO principles, and current digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management software.
