Job Summary

Our digital marketing agency is expanding, and we’re searching for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our clients’ brands to life through compelling visuals. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to create a wide range of digital and print assets that communicate effectively and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design: Design eye-catching and effective visual assets across various marketing channels, including:
    • Social media graphics and ads
    • Website banners and landing pages
    • Email marketing templates
    • Infographics and presentations
    • Digital and print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate on the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency in visual messaging.
  • Conceptualization: Brainstorm creative ideas and execute effective design concepts that align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of current design trends and new technologies. Actively seek feedback for further professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Tools and Skills:
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong skills in Canva or similar design platforms.
    • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
    • Experience with motion graphics or video editing a plus.
    • Familiarity with web design principles is beneficial.
  • Other Qualities:
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging designs.
    • Adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback.
    • Proactive and independent, yet thrives in a collaborative environment.
